? My duty was to control, monitor and maintain the machines and equipment that used in Air Separation Unit. ? Perform start-up and shut-down activities in the plant and utility area. ? Interface through electronic, pneumatic and/or mechanical systems to control the air separation unit to meet the expectations of our pipeline and merchant customers. ? Responsible for the water treatment system and the chemical used with the cooling water. ? Responsible to set the controls and observe gauges and other instrumentation to monitor progress and check for malfunctions, leaks and other faults. ? Take field readings on regular interval and record operating parameters in reading sheet. ? Responsible for following sampling schedule and the follow up on sample results. ? Reports operating conditions or any situation deviation to my Supervisor. ? Recognizes process problems early to prevent major upsets to the operation by maintaining quality unit surveillance. ? Prepare equipment such as pumps, compressor, turbine, and heat exchanger for maintenance according to Company Policy and follows up on maintenance activities to ensure they adhere to the Safety Procedures and to the specific instructions given in the Work Permit. ? Coordinates with the Panel Operator to make adjustments in equipment operation necessary to maintain operating parameters within the required range. ? Maintains knowledge of the process piping, flows, and process units in the field and all plant modification--
