• Designed, reverse engineered, and tested tooling for CNC tube benders • Evaluated current work system and flow then made a 5S plan to improve it by reducing waste of materials and utilities • Programmed, maintained, and ran a 6-axis CNC Mazak laser machine in addition to designing and fabricating mechanical fixtures that ran high production parts • Setup, used, and taught technicians on FARO ARM by measuring bent tube parts and complex weldments • Started a lean manufacturing culture by organizing continuous improvement meetings which set monthly goals and holds everyone accountable to achieve them--
