• Responsible to ensure that the planning, coordination, administration as well as communications and information functions and duties of the Personal Assistant are carried out in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner in accordance with the expected standards. • Taking minutes of meetings and drafting necessary document for distribution.
• Liaising with all department heads and colleagues in a spirit of teamwork to ensure a smooth and efficient administration of the Hotel.
• Manage the GM’s calendar and keep him/her informed of appointments and meetings scheduled.
