My main working focus are process improvement, human resources training in Lean Thinking/Lean Manufacturing (mainly experiencial), standard work and knowledge diffusion. What I truly love about Lean Thinking, a topic I've further deepened by attending the Lean Manufacturing Specialization Path at LIUC University of Castellanza (Italy), is the human aspect of change and the activation of people as the engine for continuous improvement.
• Conducting experiential trainings about Lean Thinking: I am involved in the courses’ design, in customization activities according to the customer’s need and in teaching. From 2015 to today I delivered around 20 classes (between Kart Factory® https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfMDLwVSP-Q , Service Factory, Lean Thinking Introductory Course) of which at least 5 had international participants (and were held in English). The participants of these classes are university students, manufacturing managers, services managers, consultants. These unconventional training classes were held side by side with a Senior Consultant. A good ability of real time interpretation of the results achieved by the participants and of their behaviors was always needed. • Consultant: I work on process improvement projects both in manufacturing and in services field with a particular focus on cutting down change resistances, people’s activation, wastes elimination and knowledge diffusion. The last projects I worked on were about the creation of standard work instructions, workflow mapping and the activation on a continuous improvement culture at the operational level. What’s more? Thanks to the skills acquired in my previous experience I can support and actively participate also in the organization of events and seminars, in the drafting of articles for the company and in taking care of the contents of the corporate websites.--
