2012 Green Card Report Released!

During fiscal year 2011, Dept of Labor made decisions on 73,207 labor certifications filed for green card purpose. The total number was 10% less than the 2010 number(81,412).



The most troubling number is the denial rate: 14.1% of those certifications were denied, a 37% increase of 2010 number(10.3%).



Job market is recovering, visa job opportunities are increasting, but employers are less willing to sponsor green card for their hard working employees! Use following reports to find out who are the best employers to work for!
