Google Loves Update Your Privacy Setting Now! has recently added some new features, and made the interface more user friendly.

One major enhancement is designed to help employers(visa sponsors) find candidates easier through or search engine. If you have not added your work experience, education background, skills and photo, please log into your account and add them now!

Search engines, especially Google, like Google has indexed over 1.5 million of our web pages. If you google a company name plus "H1B Visa" or "Green Card", the top 3 results returned from Google are always from! Please try googling "Microsoft H1B Visa" or "Goldman Sachs Green Card" or whatever employer name coming to your mind, we are very proud of the results Google will return to you.

At the same time, we want to assure you that your privacy has been and will be protected! It is our top priority. If you have not authorized us to do so, your personal and career profile has never been accessed by any search engine. However, we do encourage you to let more people know you are looking for a job, let more employers find your qualifications easier. Are you shy to let people know you are the most diligent and intelligent worker they can find?

In future, if you do not have one, the default privacy setting will be used. Please follow the steps below to update your privacy setting now!

3. Click Privacy link on the left side menu.
4. Update your privacy setting.
