We has just obtained from Dept of Labor and published on myvisajobs.com all labor certifications filed by U.S. employers during first 9 months of fiscal year 2012.
The updates include not only new applications filed during the third quarter, but also decision changes for applications filed during first two quarters due to employer appeals. As you can see from following table, labor certificates for both H1B Visa and Green Card surged during third quarter.
