We has just obtained from Dept of Labor and published on myvisajobs.com all labor certifications filed by U.S. employers during first 9 months of fiscal year 2012.

The updates include not only new applications filed during the third quarter, but also decision changes for applications filed during first two quarters due to employer appeals. As you can see from following table, labor certificates for both H1B Visa and Green Card surged during third quarter.

Application 1st quarter 2nd quarter 3rd quarter Total
H1B Visa 80,613 88,107 148,451 317,171
Green Card 11,352 9,306 22,209 42,867

While our team is still analyzing the data and preparing for your new work visa solutions, we suggest you search and review the latest H1B Visa jobs. You should especially pay attention to the denied and withdrawn cases.
Note: 1. The U.S. government's fiscal year begins on October 1 of the previous calendar year and ends on September 30 of the year with which it is numbered.

2. A small percentage of determinations are subject to change due to appeal or redetermination decisions on employer applications.
