Working as part of a large departmental team of up to 85 staff, running the biomedical laboratory for this private clinic, which provides services to the state owned petroleum company and others ? Team Leader, directing the team and assisting in performing routine and analytical testing on a range of biological samples, handling up to 1600 samples per day through a 24-hour operation ? Processing patient samples and providing test results to medical staff to diagnose and treat the patient's illness ? Identifying any abnormal or unexpected results, reporting back and following up with requesting clinicians ? Answering telephone enquiries about test results and other general lab issues ?
