In charge of the logistic and procurement area of the Lawson project implementation. Main objective is to integrate logistic and procurement systems to Lawson, a financial platform, offering support not only in this new system but in the existing procurement system to 100 expected users in Peru, Colombia and Ecuador. Main achievements: Prepared and executed the integration of Peru, Colombia and Ecuador Local and International purchasing system (SWPS) to Lawson the new business platform. Ensured a smooth migration of more than 1,000 local registries to Lawson, automatically updating process suchas Account Payables, Inventory and Expenses. Coordinated 1,500 local supplier migration to the new system and set up new ones in both systems, for Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador. Coordinated and trained 100 users in Peru, Colombia and Ecuador in the new system.--
