In charge of server deployment. My duties consist on troubleshooting hardware related issues on HP servers, installing the right OS (Windows / Linux), configuring interfaces, installing and configuring software, LAMP/LEMP stack if necessary, routers configuration, firewall configuration (Mostly SonicWall's Z200), and debugging client-related issues on websites hosted by ProTech ITS. Most of this debugging was done through a developer's console, and the issues were mostly related to front-end bugs such as JavaScript or PHP misconfigurations.

Provided help desk support to doctors and nurses all over the campus. Everyday tasks where from basic hardware troubleshoot to simple active directory tasks, installing network printers, and providing remote Windows support. Besides providing help desk support, I was in charge of taking over a project, where 50 new systems where going to be deployed. Those old systems needed to be nuked since EHR where stored the hard drive.
