ICHU has 40+ years of experience in spring manufacturing. As the mainframe of the business, ICHU merged with its subsidiary company Durashox suspension. Beside the original suspension related duties described below, I also get to handle spring business.
- Project manager, to transfer technology, control progress and communicate with clients. - Output engineering drawings of ODM and OEM cases, products including fork, moto suspension, adjustable seatpost, etc. - Setup assembly line, from tooling design, SOP writing to producing first sample. - Improve existing products and repair return goods. - Main contact of engineering, provide foreign customers solutions regarding both spring and suspension products.--
