Rambler Digital Solution is a part of Rambler & Co media holding and my role here is develop and maintain project called Price.ru. This project is a one of first Russian internet services which offers to customers search and compare prices of different goods, subscribe to price changes, leave comments and reviews, get goods details and more.
Common challenges on this project is to create huge amount of independent modules and components. It makes price.ru more scalable and ease to support project. This challenges really improve my javascript skills. Price.ru has full stack of modern web technologies such as one page application released with express.js , marionette.js , vue.js/nuxt, responsive layout, frontend tests with mocha + supertest + should.js. RIA Novosti was Russia's international news agency until 2013 and continues to be the name of a state-operated domestic Russian-language news agency. Operating under the purview of the Russian Ministry of Communications and Mass Media, RIA Novosti is headquartered in Moscow and operated about 80 bureaus internationally.
My role in RIA Novosti was to support existing products and create new projects of agency. During my work in agency i've created few dozen websites varying complexity and web-based multimedia products such as Samsung and LG smart TV apps, multimedia stands for exhibitions. RIA Novosti is one of largest Russian news websites with 7 million views and 2 million visitors per day. It has many pages with different design, also endless special rubrics and special projects. A lot of challenges have been done while I work in this company, I get huge amount of expirience in javascript, create a lot of jQuery plugins for different products of company, work with backbone.js, improve my knowledge of XSLT and many more.--
