Goal: To land my dreams jobs in USA growing up as a Scientist with a great command of American English. Seeking a job in the chemicals, hi-tech materials, semiconductors, life sciences, pharma and food&beverages industries.
HighLight: Had the opportunity to taste the consistent pace at Coca-Cola HBC during the 2018 summer as a Syrup room operator! I was responsible for: - The monitoring and managing of the plant lines and syrups room equipment by quickly mastering Tetra Pak PlantMaster suite. - The correct syrups preparation and linking to the productions lines. - The correct sanification procedures of the syrup room equipment and plant lines before starting syrups preparation, production or any other operation (e.g. simple syrup mixing). - The addressing, together with the other employees, of the common production related issues to keep high quality standard and respect the timelines. Academic experiences (1+ years) working on nanomaterials and other topics: - During the final year thesis for my Master's degree I worked on Titanium Dioxide-Graphene Oxide and Titanium Dioxide-Reduced Graphene Oxide thin films realization/characterization for uses in wastewater decontamination from organic pollutants. Using an UV-assisted Graphene Oxide spin coating method we were able to produce uniform Graphene Oxide-coated Titanium Dioxide thin films: only lower Graphene Oxide quantities resulted in a improvement of Titanium Dioxide photocatalytic properties toward organic compounds degradation. - During the Bachelor's degree last year I assisted researchers efforts to produce and characterize spherical Silicon Oxide nanoparticles for functional coatings and Titaniun Dioxide nanoparticles for photocatalytic applications. For the final thesis I characterized unburnt residues collected from helicopters. Based on the results we tried to find a good combination of surfactants and/or microemulsions in water to remove these residues from the turbines without using organic solvents.
