From January 2005 I held the position of Senior Product & Marketing Manager, as the company organization became an organization by product lines, thus creating 5 internal divisions. In particular, I have been assigned the
two new divisions of newly introduced "Audio Video Products" and "Accessories for Multimedia readers". In this case I had to follow the whole startup as new lines whose development was entirely my responsibility.
This task has allowed me to have a global vision on the entire supply chain and on the entire life cycle of the product. I was able to refine the management techniques of product lines with over 350 items and 3 different brands.
In December 2009, through the management of my lines, I developed a turnover
of around € 3,000,000, an increase of 150% compared to the previous year.
At the head of a staff of 4 Junior Product Managers, my role is the supervision and coordination of resources as well as the direct management of the company's most important product line (Power Line).
I managed and coordinated a purchase order portfolio of around USD 20.000.000 a year, maintaining relationships with all the suppliers in the company supply
chain, around 50 companies from the Asian area.--
