Main activities is to conduct physical site inspection, obtain permits from local authorities and form the execution team.Develop Work Schedule and monitor work progress through on-site foremen while maintaining documentation of weekly progress meetings. I equally process sub-contractors bills and various other payment invoices.Finally while all the above goes on i ensure quality control and that the project is running on schedule and on budget.--
