- SAP Hybris Implementation Collecting and disseminating information is more and more vital for business. To address this challenge Feilo Sylvania has decided to implement the Hybris Product Content Management module. I oversee the technical implementation of this new PIM (Product Information Management) tool. Issues and outcomes: • Web software (Spring Framework / JSF). • Collaborative process impacting the business as a whole. • Collect, manage and publish valuable product data across all channels. This software will provide to company control of all product content from all channels and systems in one place. - Variants Request Establishment of a workflow tool that allows Web & Mobile entry of quotation requests for specific products. Issues and outcomes: • Web & mobile software (Framework Xpages / JSF - IBM domino). • Simplify and improve reliability of information exchange (notification, security, visibility). • Real-time monitoring of quotations and projects. Purpose of the application is to speed up the process of quotation entry and to follow up sales projects. - CIM Measure Design and development of Lotus Notes software to approve product weight and dimension prior to PLM (Product Life cycle Management) tool update. Issues and outcomes: • Web & mobile development (Framework Xpages / JSF - IBM domino). • Security management based on the responsibilities of data in the PLM tool. The software supports constant updating of data done by the measurement laboratory. Reliability of this information provides a good logistics management and reduces transportation costs.--

Study, Design and implement new information system (ERP module)
- Central Item Master (PLM) : Study and implementation of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software. This tool developed internally is connected to the MAPICS ERP and to the core business of company. Issues and outcomes: • Management of 135 000 items, with more than 300 data by products. • Compliance with deadlines (close interdependence with a MAPICS update). • Needs analysis in cooperation with several departments (marketing, R&D, supply chain …). Establishment of a flexible collaborative tool in order to manage the product catalogue as well as all product data (PDM). - Bar-coding System : Design and implementation of a new information system for inventory management and manufacturing process in order to improve productivity of our Newhaven factory (UK). Issues and outcomes: • English-Speaking environment. • Project management as assistant. • Increase factory productivity by up to 20% (14 month ROI). - Simulation software for transportation costs Development of a simulation tool for transportation costs calculation based on actual activity of company. Issues and outcomes: • Requirements analysis and specifications authoring. • Improvement in invoice follow up and support negotiation by challenging service providers. - Radio frequency WMS Implementation of a radio frequency WMS (Warehouse Management System). This application manages a 35 000 m² European warehouse located in Le Plessis-Belleville. Issues and outcomes: • Adaptation of existing tools for mobile terminals. • Optimization of movement, establishment of a cycle counting.--
