Key Achievements: ? Developed the strategy, planned and implemented the centralization of 3 different distribution centers which resulted into a ~17% costs reduction. ? Key Achievements • Successfully implemented a new routing software across 100+ branches within a period of 14 months that leveraged pricing strategy, legal compliance, transport routing, warehousing capabilities and customer order management functionality. ? Reduced the total number of monthly trips to branches by 10% (from over 9,600 to less than 8700) through the software automation process of trucks and trailer assignation. ? Increased by 8% the volume of goods distributed to each branch by coordinating the re-configuration of the software restrictions input on its algorithm program. ? Reduced the gunpowder production lead time by a 20%. • Increased spheres container production by a 10%, enhancing its quality by a 20% (going from a 7% to a 4% scrap level). • Upgraded the general carton containers section rearranging them for the Kanban method of production to be used in all areas.--
