Prior to her various designations, her major duties revolved in records management. She established a system to improve the tracking mechanism of the documents. Under her supervision is the control of the flow of communication process in the office. Further, she is a Special Disbursing Officer who handles the payment of postage and other courier service expenses to date. On August 1, 2017, she was designated as concurrent Supply Officer. While she supervises the Records Section, she also handles the concerns in the Supply Section. She was the one to prepare the minutes of the BAC meetings and BAC Resolutions. Her designation as BAC Secretariat ended on October 1, 2018.
