As a System Analyst, I started in the delivery area, implementing CRM projects using SAS tools. As a Development Systems Consultant, I started to coordinate a support team to guarantee the stability of CRM applications, solving problems with batch loading and promoting the availability and integrity of applications and the data, before that, I became the manager on this area, adding one more area Information Management Systems. After 5 years working with Marketing and BI, I start a new challenge in the company, as an Service Manager for GB&M (Global Banking and Market), starting to report the numbers and goals to LATAM group. I was responsible for maintenance of GB&M areas, and the objective for this position was to guarantee the Service Level keeps in a high quality and the systems maintain their stability, avoiding the financial lost, reducing response time and providing customer satisfaction.
I provided for my employees the right resources to execute their jobs, motivating and introducing new ideas to increase our Service Level Agreement and achieving the company’s objectives.
At CRM we could increase the system performance, more than 30 %, after at GB&M, the incidents numbers are decreasing more than 50 % in less than one year and also after GB&M I get the same position working with financial systems and we could reduce about 20% of the incidents in less than 6 months.--
