Design and produce technical drawings such as: Statutory Undertakers, Drainage Survey Requests, Diversion Routes and Signing etc. for vegetation clearance and drainage works. Worked summers 2013 and 2014 in a variety of roles including Crew Leader, Division Director and Cabin Guide/Sports Curriculum Instructor. Each role had varying responsibilities that focused around leadership, teamwork and communication.
Crew Leader: Wrote, presented and delegated speeches to deliver to a mixed audience of over 140 peers and campers during weekly hour long meetings. Division Director: Managed a team of 23 of my peers to foster and maintain the positive physical and emotional well-being of approximately 100 children across six cabins as well resolving conflicts within these groups. Cabin Guide/Sports Curriculum Instructor: Lived with 14 to 24 boys aged ten and eleven for two weeks at a time, nurturing their development through guided activities, improvising entertainment during unstructured time or mundane tasks and helping with daily schedule management. Taught and created lesson plans for five classes of approximately 15 kids each day with advancing curriculum; adapting to change easily with variations in class size, skill level and age of children.--
