Efficiently manage diverse engineering and design consultants, contractors, third party service providers and suppliers. Managed various engineering and design consulting firms as well as in-house engineering/ design teams including quality and safety consultants. Build, manage and control vendor relationship, inventory and supplies. Manage the preparation of tender documentation, negotiations, evaluation and selection of vendors, contractors and 3rd party suppliers as well as the output/services of the selected service provider to ensure compliance with the clients scope/quality/safety etc. requirements.
