Conduct accurate analysis of productivity indicators and the effective use of staff planner in stores.
Ensure all relevant and legal COIDA and workman's compensation documents completed and retained with legal requirements
Monitor legislative registers
Ensure accurate payroll submission
Ensure submission of monthly HR reports
Effectively manage cash activities including the ordering, receiving and issuing of floats.
Ensure cash control
Measure and analyze financial performance
Implement measures to enhance financial performance
Conduct feasible studies to maximize profitability
Audit the effective implementation of the stock take process
Develop, recruit and maintain and lead an effective and motivated store administration team
Notify Store Manager of miscellaneous staff events
Control the access given to all management and staff (systems)
