Responsible for Level 2 Automation Systems of production lines such as Galvanizing and Pickling lines, and Team Leader for software development and improvement of new Systems following the Systems Development Life Cycle model (SDLC). Managing a team of 7 members in a technical office to complete projects following job schedules.
Main jobs executed: 1) Plan, design, develop and test a complete and new Level 2 Industrial Automation System for a Galvanizing Line. The aim was to replace the existing outdated system and to add new features to improve the production line automation without affecting line productivity. 2) Develop a simple Document Management Web Application to collect all documents/schemes/manuals of a production line, and to allow logged users to easily retrieve documents using a PC/laptop/tablet/smartphone through a local Wi-Fi connection. The system has been developed using NodeJS, MongoDB, HTML, CSS, Javascript and JSON files. 3) Plan, design, develop and test a Data Visualization & Monitoring Web Application to allow logged users to easily visualize production lines main information (such as Line Speed, Stoppages, Production, etc..) using a PC/laptop/tablet/smartphone through an internet connection. The system has been developed in C# using ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL Server 2016 databases, and resources are accessed through a custom RESTful Web API.--
