-Demonstrated ability to record simulations findings and write concise reports on simulation analysis and developments. -Developed and executed computer simulations to evaluate structural correlations function for Lennard-Jones fluid, from which thermodynamic properties of such fluids can be obtained. -Effectively investigated lipid membrane (DMPC) properties from the simulation output of trajectory data and from experimental results, confirming the validity of the DMPC molecular model. -Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills in setting up simulations for a graphite substrate with water and analysis of droplet spread and freezing, using different scale models and different software packages. This resulted in determining the contact angle line tension for water droplets, predicting surface wettability. -Showed strategic thinking by setting up and managing multiple rounds of simulations for hydrophobic polymers PS and PCL in water and in a lipid membrane (POPC), assessing interaction criteria based on polymer length. -Analyzed and interpreted complex simulation output sets, connecting data from multiscale computational models of hydrophobic polymer-bilayer interactions and self-assembly behavior, resulting in better understanding of the transport of molecules across cellular interfaces, that can be used to design medical and pharmaceutical nanodevices. -Experienced communicator, has engaged international audiences during poster presentations at conferences and symposia. -Communicated effectively with experts in high-performance computing, troubleshooting computational and scripting error, to ensure accurate simulation configurations and runs.--
