Falcon project group leader for Russia. The main task of the project is to achieve 30% less spends on IT for one of the biggest media group WPP. This is a worldwide project. According to the plan all server infrastructure and staff to be moved to IBM with creation of centralized IT support service for WPP companies (IBM@WPP). Premises: IT Transformation process management for Russia (6 companies, 11 specialists). Preliminary analysis of IT infrastructure of the companies for further services unification. Process: I used Scrum methodology for the process management. Worked as a Scrum-master to organize interaction between team members from IBM and WPP (client), sprints planning, backlog creation and supervising with priority management, reporting for client and the Head office.--
