Highlights:I have 8 years’ experience working in clinical laboratories, especially in molecular diagnostics and flow cytometry field. my responsibilities includes methods development, validation/ verification and also suggestion new services and products . I am also responsible for verifying and reviewing both molecular diagnostics (Molecular Microbiology and Molecular Pathology) and flow cytometry results, reviewing quality control indicators, creating QC reports and charts, indorsing safety regulations, directs the daily workflow assigned to specific technical work section(s), including work assignments and result review. Monitors the competency and performance of employees in providing diagnostic testing. Ensures that procedures and methods are performed according to section protocol, including quality control parameters and result reporting. Provides technical expertise in the use, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all laboratory instruments, equipment, reagents, and procedures. Performs routine and specialized procedures as necessary, inventory management, creating, developing and maintaining documentation for CAP and JCI inspections; participate in CAP and JCI inspections and training of new technical staff.

Certification:I received undergraduate degree in Biochemistry/Chemistry 2008 from Alexandria University, during my study I was chosen as the idealist student for the year (2008). I received M.Sc. degree in biochemistry from faculty of science, Alexandria university (Thesis Title : Molecular and Clinical Evaluation of Prophylactic and Anti-Proliferative effect of (chorium Intybus L.) extracts against hepatocellular carcinoma) and was awarded a grant from the Young scientist’s Master degree Grant from the Egyptian Academy for scientific research and technology Application to work my thesis practical part in the City of Scientific Research and Technological Applications (SRTA City) center of excellence. Now I am registered for Ph.D. degree in Ain Shams University (Thesis title: Evaluation of the diagnostic utility of plasma methylated DNAs as biomarkers for colorectal cancer)

Honor:I have received two travel grant from the American association of clinical chemistry (AACC) to attend the AACC annual meeting 2015 and 2016. I am Certified as a Molecular pathology and flow cytometry CAP inspector
