Divide all the Employees into 3 categories and manage the 3 shifts. ? Give the Training to Parking Staff, discuss daily problems and solved those problems. ? Explain the Grooming standards, Customer Greeting, Observe the employee’s behaviour and maintenance, give them some precautions to employees. ? Check the daily reports, Company E-Mail. ? Attend the MOD (manager on duty) meeting with all Operation managers daily. ? Manage the way of Parking means, Vehicle arrangement. ? Every day check the Parking system equipment and cash counters. ? Check the daily registers like attendance, Deployment register, Cashier shift closing, Cash collections report, Miss-used ticket report, Manual exit report, Missing vehicle report, Cash audit report. ? Update reports of Parking collection report daily wise, Bank Deposit report, Weekly Collection & Comparison report, MIS(Monthly Income Statement) report(including entry-exit vehicles list, manual entry list, manual exit details, free parking vehicle list, lost ticket list, complimentary(Free Of Cost Tickets), overnight vehicles details, cashier wise collected amount details, vehicle variance details),System breakdown report, MMR report(including monthly collection analysis, 4Wheeler Tyre Fall, 4Wheeler collection report, 2Wheeler Tyre Fall, 2Wheeler collection report, Monthly Training session, celebrations of R&R Program).Uniform Inventory details, Supervisor checklist, Billing Attendance report, Petty cash report. ? If any technical problem occurs in my branch, immediately we can contact the Head office, rectify the problem as early as possible. ? If customer lost the ticket, collect the fine up to Rs 100/- from the customer and check the vehicle details and give the one application form to a customer and filled by a customer with signature. ? If we have any overnight vehicles notify that and complaint to the higher superior. ? We maintain some records of Attendance, Day to Day activities, Monthly salary, Equipment’s record, Loss of ticket records. ? Conduct and organise some events every month of ending days. ? Follow the company rules and regulations. ? If we want anything like Uniform, System equipment, etc….. Contact the head office though company E-Mail, that means to send the approval to head office.--
