Conducts post-evaluation conferences with staff under her/his supervision to improve the delivery of educational support services to students and other clients. 9. Communicates to her/his constituents and implements properly all policies and procedures of the College/School. 10. Nurtures harmonious relationships among administration, faculty, students and non-teaching staff. 11. Represents the College/Office in meetings, conferences, activities, etc. inside and outside the school pertinent to her/his office. 12.
