It was carried out from 4 countries (UK, Bulgaria, Finland and Kazakhstan) • Oversaw all site engineering activities for 104 modules at the Burgas Port, constituting 60% of all modules loaded in and out of the port. • Implemented cargo management procedure improvements, saving the client $60K per day in berthing and demurrage costs. • Developed an inventory management system to track company assets for easy demobilization during project closure, reducing equipment loss by about 95%.--
