Pharma Share Program BR Implementation - Life sciences industry customer with the necessity of change the outdated system that controls the Cross-Belt Sorter Conveyors machinery, responsible for all medicine boxes separation in the warehouse. The decommissioned system hasn't support anymore and the new Bastian Partner has been hired to implement their solution. Doble A - Project managed the implementation of a new Radio Frequency and WMS and TMS Systems to cover a special requirement from Saint-Gobain customer regarding automobile industry. Affinia Louveira - Implementation of a new warehouse are with Red Prairie WMS System, Wi-Fi and Office infrastructure. Kronos - Special Software for labor management has been deployed to South America region. Special hardware has been deployed to full fill legal requirements in Brazil. Central Office Layout - It was a structural layout changes in the major DHL Office in order to get a better illumination, space and people circulation in building. Network and Electrical infrastructure were moved and/or added. FPEO-305C6E / Financial Systems / EPEC - Project managed the deploy of a new Invoice system in order to full fill the government requirements. The scope has included upgrade in the storage Mid- Range EMC solution and also HP Blade Servers. SAT Pilot ISM BR Implementation - Project managed a proof of concept on using Satellite to operate DHL's warehouses. A variety of tests were applied over the sat-link regarding time response of DHL's systems. The result was positive and the conclusion was that it can be considerate were a backup link cannot be hired. Fiscal Solution Implementation - Project managed deploy of a new Protheus ERP system from TOTVS vendor. The scope has included upgrade in the storage Mid-Range EMC solution, HP Blade Servers and Oracle Database. Project Managed AES Eletropaulo startup site with all Telecom equipment ?Cisco, Motorola? ontime and on-budget.
