• In this plant, Micro testing is done by four methods: Pour Plate Method, Spread Plate Method, Streaking and Membrane filteration technique. Spreading , Streaking , Pour Plating is done in Juise line and the rest is applicable to both lines. Pour plating is mainly done to analyzed finished products, ready beverage samples, pulp samples. Ready prepared media (Selective Differential Media) are used for testing of samples, except pulp testing.
• Responsibility of carbonated and non carbonated Beverages Manufacturing as per standard parameters. • Responsibility for implementing QMS (Quality Management System), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), FSMS (Food Safety Management System) in the plant. • Over responsibility for maintaining and verifying GMP Conditions as per FSSA.
