Assisted in the methodological design and implementation of several research projects concerning environmental microbiology and biotechnology, including quantitative microbiological risk analysis, wastewater reuse on bioplastic production and biosurfactant production for soil remediation. Wastewater collection and characterization, along with classic microbiology and molecular techniques, were performed daily. Data analysis was also required to overcome experimentation issues, moving forward in the methodological path and leading to conclusions.
