The objective of this project is to initiate a product refresh for the group segment, implementing product changes. The enhancements will (1) Maintain/increase customer satisfaction (2) Meet legislative req. to avoid penalties & retain regulatory compliance and (3) Make system modifications to increase efficiency. The Group Refresh project involves in Quoting Small & Large group via BlueQuote & Connecture (Producer login for BCBS NC), Validating Benefit Highlights for all LOBs, Renewal of Grandfathered plans &Transitional Plans (RMR process), New Group Enrolment, Group Benefits Testing, Medical Claims (Institutional & Professional) processing in PowerMHS & FACETS, Fulfillments (Booklets & ID Cards), Benefit summary verification in BlueE (internal provider login for BCBS NC), EOB validation, CRI Letters testing.--

The company was #13 in the 2013 Fortune 500 list of the largest companies in the U.S. Project Description: This project involves the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Testing, Functional Testing, Web Testing, Browser Compatibility Testing, Regression Testing and End-to-End Testing for different projects in CVS Caremark, related to Billing, Enrolments, Transaction Reply Report’s (TRR), and various Letters & Reports. CVS uses Facets to store the Membership and Billing information. Facets is an integrated health care management system designed to handle the complex requirements of managed care programs and help the customers compete in today’s health care environment. FAZAL application serves as the Pre-enrolment system. The Part-D Enrolments received through various sources such as Consumer Web online, Paper, Fax, Agent etc. are pre-processed on FAZAL and the Output from FAZAL system will serve as Input to Facets with the Enrolment information. We carry out UAT Testing for Changes Requests which includes the different Systems like Facets, TRR, Valencia, MCS and PEGA. The User Acceptance Testing of the key usability enhancements of SilverScript.com and its functionality. As part of enhancement, the following core modules UI Enhancements, Med D Tools, Client Sites, Click to Chat/Call & Spanish Translation has remarkable changes.--
