Highlights:Throughout my years of professional experience, I've had the opportunity to start and lead crucial projects for the companies I've worked for. Starting as an outsourcing collaborator, I led the implementation of a brand new customers tool for an important telecommunications' company in Latin America. Later, I joined them as a collaborator in the CRM's migration project and SAP support and extension. There I had the opportunity to lead Software Factories working for specific projects. This allowed me to start a professional relationship with companies such as TCS and SOFTTEK. Finally, I joined SOFTTEK to establish the non-SAP Solutions Delivery Practice in Colombia.
