Sector Swap etc. •Prepare & Optimize KPI’s for SSV & cluster report for Drive test & stats and present to customer for acceptance. . •Collect and Analyze the Drive test Log files on MapInfo, TEMS Discovery for coverage and Quality Analysis. •Analyses of Drive testing & provide recommendation & improvement for RSRP & RSRQ & SINR & RSSI & CQI. •Analyzing Log files using a post processing tools such as TEMS route analysis, TEMS discovery etc. •Neighbor Optimization activities. •Directly involve with customer meetings about Pre/Post launch project update. •Technical Site Survey TSS for Outdoor and Indoor Sites. •Identifying hardware issues on sites that are degrading the network KPIs and customer perception. •Manage and coordinate local drive test team to follow up for drive test and indoor test.--
