Current Responsibilities: P1 Activities: ? To reach the industrial project target: ? Respect and ensure respect of IProM. ? Manage the industrial schedule, resources and budget to reach the project Target, in line with CLEAN. ? Responsible for the manufacturing of machine and assembly of good product and manage team regarding industrial aspects (other PTM & Contributors, such as: Tooling, Buyer, Logistics ? Represent the industrial organisation of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings. ? Define with the project team the process, in order to meet performance and cost targets. ? Respect and ensure respect of safety and VPS rules and guidelines during the process development. ? Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering. ? Manage the process development documentation. ? Organize pre-serial trials as part of 'Serial production' activity of IProM, of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless Customer Start Of Production, after Full Day Production Run. ? Ensure respect of: All Quality standards to guarantee our customers P2 Activities: ? Capitalize information and knowledge into P2 process data base ? Update the P2 process database ? Organize and track technical support for P1 from P2 and capitalize ? Training of technical P1 if from P2 ? Define and develop production tools and industrial equipments in plastic engineering following project targets ? Validate quality, technical and economical choices between process solutions ? Define and lead QRQC P2 process ? Use all internal tools and follow-up supports available at VWS ? Pilot continuous improvement of new process implementation trough P2. ? Report to his management (follow-up, performance and efficiency of his activity) and propose action plans. ? Participate to P2, PWG weekly follow up to make a clear status of P2 projects with the team ? Participate to M&Process Dpt weekly ? Manage Project team to achieve goal--
