These households could, for example, have reduced harvests, reduced access to markets, reduced access to income-generating activities, reduced asset holdings or savings, and be forced to resort to negative coping strategies. The criteria of directing these transfers to extremely poor and labor constrained households will apply. In addition the SCT-REPLI program will support foster grants to children who have been orphaned, abandoned or separated due to parent(s) and guardians being infected by the EVD crisis--
