commentFirst thing they would lie is they do not have any direct clients. they would look for openings through indeed or monster which is part of their marketing team and they would contact the middle vendors and then according to the job they would create your fake resume with fake address on it and fake experience. they would also lie with the middle vendors about your immigration status. and that is how they think they would only place you and they would argue that you only have job because they did all this extra fake effort otherwise you wouldnt get placed. first thing to all the candidates who are new in market, look for any consultancy but do a thorough research, try to look for their reviews but also try to go into details about their reviews not like ATC reviews where everything is excellent without any issues with any of their employees. second do not assume that you have job because these consultancies did something for you but actually they have their business because you guys work for them. the percentage or money they make from your salary is always more than enough for the effort they put. if we dont go for them they wouldnt have their business running. The last one dont depend on one consultancy for job placement. They all ask you to sign the contract always but dont do that because they want to hold you legally always and then they can rip your money, they can abuse you or show you the arrogance all the time and all of this above is ATC's culture (the real one) with their employees.

flag Jay - Former Employee of ATC - 2/12/2018 - As per ATC website in the Services area about H1b and Green Card Process, they say they do not take any money from their employees for filing their H1B or Transfer application because it is illegal but actually they will rip you off and take every penny from your salary. If you are going to them as a full time (which they actually call but in reality you are never a full time employee with them) where they will pay you the least and keep everything from your salary or on the other side if you are going on Percentage you will be paying all the expenses including H1B every penny cost and they will deduct all those expenses even though this is illegal. Since they ask you to sign the contract so you will be stuck :)

They will look for openings on Monster or Dice or other websites and contact the middle vendor, create your fake resume and put the fake address as to make you local for every position. they will also lie to the middle vendor about your immigration status. and eventually you will be teased when you ask for pay raise or get your rightful amount even after all expenses deduction, they gonna say you have a job because of all this fake work they do. No Sir you have this business because you are faking candidates, as well as you lie to your candidates too about your company. you lie to USCIS & DOL. They do not have any direct clients. they lie to vendors. I hope USCIS finds your fake work some day and put you guys again in their Blacklist :) -

commentI see people in favor of ATC or Grapnel tech on every other forum where other people are exposing them there is always same comment who the hell gave you visa, or correct your grammar first or you cant even write a single word. The problem is these all people are correct and that definitely hurts ATC. I have worked for these people and I know many other people who worked in past or still working for this company, never heard such good reviews in real what you see on different forums so first stop posting fake/paid reviews about your grapnel tech and ATC by your own employees from Marketing team by creating 100s of fake profiles everyday and we all know how smart you guys are in creating fake profiles. if somebody cant write a single line with proper grammar then why did you hire them? and still you tried for them looked for opportunities? how come? it means you create the fake resumes? there is no such real company who will hire somebody who cant speak or write proper english in USA but still market them for different clients lol. Stop this stupidity. and that rude comments yes that is your problem you guys dont know how to treat your employees, you guys are there only to rip your employees and make money as much as you can before they know your reality. I got to know about these guys and had few arguments and I did quit because i didnt want to be associated with somebody who is not true with their employees. these guys should definitely be exposed. Grapnel tech previously the company owned by the same management was Blacklisted by USCIS and then they changed the name to ATC where you see again Darryl and Clinton such names but when you hear these guys and see them this is not American Technology lol :D I guess they fake their identities too.

See any forum who will not find any cons in those 5star reviews. Are you Google INC ?? even people working for google would have some cons to write. you guys are out of the world who can satisfy an employee 100%. Big Applause for ATC's Fakeness. -

flag Alok - 11/17/2016 - If you are OPT or even H1 transfer student; please stay away from this company at all costs. They will make you think that they are helping you. But they will try to use you and then even make you pay the cost of the H1. They are not transparent in terms of their hiring and after you join they take insurance money from you (full amount) along with visa costs. Don't talk about percentage with them because very slim chance that you will get it. -

Why all the comments are usually posted on the same day or very close? Ask these people in the comments about their email address or phone numbers. I bet 99% of them are fake not only here but on Glassdoor and other platforms too. -

commentI have been working at American Technology Consulting full-time for 2 years.
Pros – The people working in this company is very reliable and open to help with any issue or answer any questions.
The benefits are good and perks reasonable.
Cons – The bigger the get the strong can become, I haven't experience any cons until now.
Need more Vacation time to be consider as benefit.
Keep the hard work, I believe we are humans and we need humans as management, no micro-management and keep always the communication crystal clear.

Pros – 1.) Good in transfer H1B
2.) Having good attorney.
3.) Good in processing Green Card.
4.) Good while resolving issues (very unlikely)
5.) On time salary credited in bank.
6.) Career growth.
7.) Job security (They have lot of Clients across the USA).
8.) Friendly peoples are working with helping hands.

Whoever you are but I have worked for this company and know a lot other people who still work for them - they do not have any clients in USA. they only work with vendors even though they do not have relationships with those vendors, they look for positions on Monster or Dice and connect with vendors. -

Aggressive marketing team for you means putting fake experience on resumes? putting fake addresses to make you local? lie about your immigration status? lie to you about the pay rate they get from vendor?
Be honest do not get pressurized when they ask you to write reviews. It is about other people too who see your fake comment and start thinking about joining this fake consultancy. think about others too !! -

comment My previous employer is an Indian MNC.I recently joined ATC and I liked the company.The people here in ATC are very honest and are very responsive to our calls.They do what they say.
They have a very good experienced immigration team (good for contractors especially) and is very responsive to our mails/calls.
It's great to work not because "you have to" but because "you want to"
- 2/12/2018 - Is ATC not Indian? what do you think they are actually based on ? they have four to five people only in US. 90% of their team is in India.
Second - what does transparent mean? did they tell you before joining that they will fake your resume? they will lie about your experience, address, location, immigration status? they will do everything fake? if you knew all this before joining and call it transparency then good luck when USCIS finds you in future (Y) -

commentI had been working with this company for less than a year, during that time I haven't experience any issue, when question arise they are always willing to answer them, they offered me from the beginning help with my immigration case and as today we're moving forward to finally make it happen and reduce the stress from me and my family in that matter.
Benefits are good, could be better, but I feel more than compensated with the help they provide.
Payment always arrives in time and without surprises.
I really recommend this company because is build and manage by real and honest people.

commentMy experience with ATC has been great. I have worked with them for the past 2 years and didn't have a single problem. Their marketing strategy is pretty aggressive so you find a job faster. I get paid on time and if I have an issue to discuss, they are always available.
Although I didn't need any immigration assistance from them, They had offered to help me with that.
Overall, very professional and efficient in what they do!

commentMy experience with ATC have been fantastic in this less then a year journey.
1. Transparent
2. Excellent immigration assistance.
3. Willing to go extra mile to help you.
4. Salary on time and always unlike many other companies.
5. Very effective and aggressive placement cell. At one point 4 different people were working to get me a placement.
6. Placements in fortune 500 companies.
7. Everyone in ATC are very courteous and helpful.
I was very skeptical moving from my another job of 8 years to ATC, but they made the transition smooth and successful and worked very hard to meet all there commitments to me.
Till now I have not faced any issues with them. Always found them willing to work together and resolve.
- 2/12/2018 - this is more than perfect when you cannot even say anything about issues? what a perfect world you live in? wake up sir and stop dreaming. You didn't see any issue so far oh wow they deserve a medal.
Come on ATC - fakeness should have some limits. At least make your scripted comments a little better that any sensible person can believe. -

I would describe my time at ATC as a positive experience.
They are very prompt in filing your visa and GC. They help you through the process and have a dedicated staff to answer any questions you may have.
They have a good insurance plan and are prompt with pay.

commentAmerican Technology Consulting is a very Professional and awesome consulting firm to work with. What I liked most about them is their transparency working culture. They are very honest and sincere people and the management stands by what they promised. I get my pay checks on time. If there is any change to existing or introduction of any new government or immigration employment policy/law affecting me even remotely, I'd get a call and an email from the ATC's HR department explaining and assuring what and what not it will affect me, even before I'm notified through mail, reducing my qualms. They have also got an excellent immigration attorney who has handled my H1B transfer and GC process very well on time. I was earlier working for a large MNC as a full time employee before joining ATC. I'm proud of my decision to join this growing and promising consulting firm.
