commentAll their staff and recruiters are super nice and dedicated to help job seekers. Customer service I have received with them has been phenomenal. I had been with another agency for a month and got one offer that wasn't even close. But, it was not the same with Beta Soft Systems.
I can say that Beta Soft Systems definitely presented me to roles that fit me and I would highly recommend them.
They do not deserve anything less than a 5 star review in my opinion.

commentBeta Soft Systems worked well for me. They are a great staffing agency. They have consistently been encouraging and very supportive of me in my job search. These guys not only understood my predicament but was able to place me in a position that utilized all of my job skills. I was so impressed with their professionalism and also their very friendly manner made it really an enjoyable experience.
I would say the main difference between these guys and other agencies out there is that Beta Soft Systems genuinely cares about the people they place and the companies they places them with.
All in all I simply cannot say enough good things about my experiences with them. Definite 5 stars for Beta Soft Systems.

commentWhen it comes to building quality websites, delivering professional service and offering insightful advice, Beta Soft Systems comes second to none. They helped me from being a pretender in my industry to an actual contender for one of the top businesses in the area.
I never really had to agonize about back and forth like I do with other contractors that I've worked with. They are timely with deadlines, super transparent, and own each project like their life depends on it. The team is very thorough, timely and communicative! They worked closely with me to provide input and best practices for redesigning and adding functionality to my website.
Someone referred them to me. This is how I found Beta Soft Systems and I'll certainly be passing their name onto other business, small or big.

I've worked with them on a couple of Wordpress projects for huge clients and they came through every time. The team’s thoughtfulness and ability to cut through to what's truly important are rare skills in this industry. In our initial consultation, he listened to my ideas and immediately crafted a website that matched my business vision. The team has raw technical know-how. commentI had done lot of research before joining beta soft systems as i know there are lot of companies out there where someone train you with minimum information and then someone else take proxy interview for you. I have seen lot of people getting blacklisted because of these kind of practices. Many of us look out for easy solution to get the job and if you are lucky, you might be able to retain the job or get kicked out because this is fraud. Beta Soft Systems team assured me that i will get confidence and knowledge to defend my job. And they did that. Today i am successfully working for a healthcare company which i have got because of my hard work and knowledge i gained. I get paycheck on time, my visa is in processing through them and there are no issues.
If you are looking for 100% pure consulting company, wish you good luck for that. At least Beta Soft Systems delivered what they promised and they are ethical in practices. I will recommend them to my friends and to my collegues.

commentBeta Soft Systems, one of the most leading IT company in Bay Area. I have been with them for more than 6 months and have learned a lot from them. Most importantly, these guys deliver what they say. For example, I was told that I will get placed as soon as I want too. It all depended on me of how fast I can study and learn the tools and then clear my interviews. Thanks Team Beta Soft System.

comment1) Faking resumes is a common practice here, they will add experience and fake clients.
2) They will collect filing fee for H1B from the candidates, which is illegal.
I got to know the facts when I talked to them. I wanted a job, but not by faking my resume. I decided not to work for them, and now I have a full time job (with a direct employer - a reputed company)

Unfortunately for me I didn't know that paying H1B filing fee from myself is illegal until I had joined a project and a fellow co-worker told me about it. I thought Logic Soft, Inc. was the only company that does this practice, so I'm glad to know there are other companies I need to watch out of, too. -

It was too effective, got a lot of support from the management and the trainer, marketing was done effectively. I got placed just within 3 days of the completion of the training process...Kudos to the team..!!

commentCPT/OPT students & H1b holders....beware of this company. They are the absolute fake organization with all kind of fraudulent. They fake resume, they put 8-10 years of experience for the freshers, they don't give any on job support (Yes, you read it right..there is no support). Because they fake your resume there is always a good chance of you getting fire, when the client does a background check. Lot of people got fired for fake experience & fake educational background. The recruitment team uses all the rosy words in the world until you pay them the security deposit (which is again not consistent-someone gives 1000, some 1500, some 300 etc.).
The placement team doesn't do any good. THey just keep on sending you requirements without even knowing your skills. and then they keep on forcing you to apply for the position and guess what you get fired in next 15 days with a bad review from the client. They will just not take any responsibilities. They will let you down with your career.
The HR team doesn't do anything. They don't answer your call. They will not give you any papers or contract in your hand.
Last but not the least, if you are joining betasoft systems, forget of getting the H1b stamping done from India or Canada. There is no way. They are flagged with so many stuff at DOS database.
After all this if you are already with them or you still want to make your life little adventurous you are most welcome to join Betasoft Systems.

commentWhere to start? make no mistake, all the good rosy things mentioned here are definitely written by the management. Lousy training, low pay, run terribly , greedy. As regards to training, they take in 25-27 people per batch, for some they charge 1000 bucks and from some 200-300, there is just no consistency and no fixed criteria. And what requirements? There are no jobs in the market, and they claim people get requirements. My friend has been benched for over 5 months now and has lost hopes of ever getting a project through them and is looking for jobs by himself now. It is just a training shop with claims of being a placement firm.Be very very careful before you approach them and by all means educate yourself before you decide.

commentStaff - especially HR and marketing team and obviously the president himself are liars and unprofessional.
They suck...They are the worst in the business. Don't ever join them. They are soon going to be blacklisted with all the wrong things they are doing. Trainer is the worst she doesn't know how to teach. They are the worst payers. can anybody tell me where i can complain about this kind of fake organization.

comment It's really bad. The owners, especially the lady is extremely rude, very insulting and treats you like an inferior. They make you say so many lies, make fake resumes, lie about your experience, etc. They will promise so many things before you join the training, saying that they have go so many people jobs, etc, even name some top companies. Once they get the money, do not expect anything from them, except rude answers, and they just slam the phone while you are talking. A piece of advice- Do not waste your money by going to Betasoft. They are really awful.

Their CEO and owners gained experience on fake resumes, this company should be audited.I'm surprised that they are still in business. Most unprofessional people I have ever seen. commentIts a fraudulent,unethical company,the candidates' fake resumes (experience of about 6-10 years!!!) to insiders they know(usually Indians) at US based companies. Their CEO and owners gained experience on fake resumes, this company should be audited.I'm surprised that they are still in business.

commentEven though I had an H1B approval I-797 form, the US consulate denied H1B Visa, stating Beta Soft Systems is a 'fraud' company. I cant believe it..that I cannot go back anymore with all my belongings still in US. Does anyone know where to get information on fraud H1B companies? How would a consultant in anyway know its fraud?

No proper maketing ,or training ,for every thing they will scream on you & will take their frustation out. Just did the training so dont know about H1B how they do but training was horrible. commentI've was trapped by this company an year back.
I want to move somewhere else but they have help my H1B visa, so can't move anywhere. They don't pay on time. No proper marketing. They will take requirements from dice.com or monster.com and give those requirements to you. they don't have any direct clients. you end up marketing your self. So why are they charging such a high amount from our paychecks??????? crappy system. i personally advice anyone who is thinking to apply to this company, to think twice before making this decision. dnt waste your life, time and career.
