please do not take for granted about this, many positive reviews about the work and way CBD is treating employees has been said. it's absolutely false.
In particular they hold off your salary for over a month. They will also deduct the charges on H1B from your salary after filing the application to USCIS.
Please stay away from this mess and I will try to get out soon as possible.

• Although steps have been taken to reduce it, there is still a feeling of the company being more reactive than proactive with things sometimes being left to the last minute.

The company will not provide any written statements of what they will promise. They will not send any written emails/chat for what they say and will change their word at the end.
H1b application charges will be taken back every month from the salary, saying that they have applied it and will be taking the money back monthly. (Initial offering from the company recruiters would be saying H1b will be applied by the company)

commentThis company runs through Hyderabad Telugu people.they answer only by phones not by mail.they don’t stick to their words.they put 45 days salary as a deposit.they don’t even give prior intimation before cutting your salary.after deduction of salary they don’t respond neither phone calls nor emails.everything fraud.they trap mostly Telugu people to cheat.please don’t refer to anyone.

commentIt is good consulting company in my opinion. they will take care of all the aspects from visa sponsoring to payments. staff will be available any time whenever you have issues. I checked with some of my friends’ consultancies and found lots of differences. most of consultancies pay salary once in 2mnths or 3mnths but cloud big data pays monthly even though if they get the money from clients and vendors after 2 or 3mnths (sometimes 6mnths)
