commentThe best employer that takes care of its employees and great team of staff that’s communicates well. Keeps their word when it comes to H1b and perm processing. No issues and shady job when it comes to pay stubs and visa documentation. Finding projects is also easy if we are talented as they’ve got the network, but can sometimes become hectic as they overwhelm with responses.
Also the relieving process was smooth and no hassles.
Keep up the great work as always.

commentIts good company to be on H1B. Have many professional marketing , HR, Legal and recruting teams. Gave only 4 stars because they need to be a bit more meticulous with the internal process and if they already have any; implement them with utmost effort.

commentMy experience with compunnel is good for the last 1 year.
They are transparent and good at keeping up the promises made
Compunnel has a strong team of people who are true professionals and they respond to your emails / calls so professionally.
Their management team is reachable for any concerns that you have. Also they have good hierarchy to deal with queries/concerns and look after the process in the organization.
You ask them all the details before you join and i am sure whatever they say will work the same when you join.
I wish compunnel team to go strong and create even more presence across the globe.
To summarize here are key points for people looking forward,
Legal : Very Good and Transparent
Payroll : Perfect ! What you get is transparent
Support : Good team
Projects: Good tie-ups with major vendors

commentHORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I TRANSFERRED MY H1B AND ONCE I JOINED, THEY'RE NOT READY TO GIVE ME PETITION (I797), AFTER ARGUMENTS, I GOT IT. HR DON'T RESPOND, THEY PRETEND TO BE GOOD ONLY FOR INITIAL COUPLE OF MONTHS THEN THEY TREAT YOU GRANTED. BEWARE BEFORE JOIN, FALSE PROMISES NOTHING ELSE.

commentI have been with Compunnel since 2007 and have no complaints. They pay me on time and have direct payment setup. They have filed for my H1B and greencard on time with no issues. One great thing is they upload a copy of all approved documents on your personal portal. I have has no issues so far with this company and the staff is very responsive.

commentThis is one of the best desi owned company I have worked for. They are very prompt on payment, dealing and ethical. Once the contract is done between you and them, they honor it. Unlike many others who back track their promises. They were transparent on GC process as well.
I would recommend anyone to this company, who are hard working, sincere and honest in dealing.
I have had great experience working with them.
Others experience may vary and different then mine.

I have been.. Employee for more than..6 years... finally I got my green card... last year.2009... If someone is working for this company then one should not care for his/her SELF RESPECT.
