Working with this firm from last 6 months. I will rate it as a Good Company. Last year its Rank was 688 on myvisajobs.com and this year it becomes 511, so its growing good.

Number of H1 and Green Card filing from 2011-2013 is also growing gradually. On looking the fast facts it seems that it is going well. Even if we look on the average salary it seems to be increasing gradually from 2011-2013 for GC one but H1 average salary remains almost constant for 2012 and 2013

Personal experience is that what they commit me at my joining they fulfill their commitments.

The only thing which i think company can look around is its benefits such as insurance cost which is bit high. As per them it is due to same insurance charges for every employee which is not depend on its work location. so it will be cheap for some employees and costly for others.

I strongly suggest to not to join them, very unfair, bad practices, don't keep the promises. I usually do not write the reviews but thought this one might help others as it is about the career.

I would rate this firm much higher and better than most of the consulting firms out there. Payment is good, on time, in depth marketing, decent benefits. What more can one ask for? At least I've had no issues...

These give value for money. They do nothing for the employees. Don't get trapped.
