I had an interview with them for a supervisor position in Nashville, TN. The interview was OK, and we had a tour on their manufacturing facility. People there really worked very hard! They only have 3 break for a 10 hour shift. I did not get the offer. The funny thing was they never sent me back the reimbursement check for my travel expenses. They kept telling me that the check had been mailed. When they said that the check had been cashed, I asked for proof. Finally, the admitted that the check was never mailed, and sent me the check quickly. This company is as cheap as their product.

Dell Inc applied for 3,246 LC and LCA since 2001. But this does not mean they really hired 3,246 foreign workers during this period. The visa application might have been denied. When an employee renews or transfers his H1B Visa, he will also file a new LCA application. Department of Labor(DOL) typically certifies more than 3 times the number of foreign work requests than the number of H-1B visas issued by USCIS. So there is no one to one relationship between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the number of H1B work visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
