- Worked for one in-house oncology project for almost 6 months.

- has good team to support new comers. it is maintaining transparency and opening culture in dealing with consultants.

- All the Team members are Professional with sound scientific knowledge in Pharma, BIotech, Medical Device areas.

- Got good knowledge and worth-full Scientific circle through GPT.

- had experience in working with all top player in life sciences area.

- Suggestion: Need to look for in-house Clinical Research Projects in all disease or disorders domains with good BDMs.

I worked at Global PharmaTek full-time for more than 2 years.
Pros
Organization has excellent working environment, open culture, seniors very helpful. Team members are very helpful and professional.
Worked for an inhouse project for almost a year and it was very interesting. Got some valuable contacts working in this project which helped me to get into a top 10 pharmaceutical client in the world.
Cons
More innovative ideas need to be implemented.

I am afraid what if I complete and submit the project and they do not pay anything, scared of all these negative reviews.
