1. never ending technical interviews from India 2 insert illegal layers 3 Xerox client Webster NY replaced all Americans with HCL staff. 4 manager called me to tell during Trump's time hire Americans slogan, he does not want to hire Americans. 5 this is like TCS and Wipro and any other bodyshops.

No hikes, work in pressure, no work life balance..worst not national holidays and will ask you work on these days

The company does not pay salary on time it takes months to pay salary. even after you leave the company your pay wont be paid till 3 or 4 months. project managers are very good especially IT service (Murali Sankar, Abhijit). For consultants their Employer wont get po's agreements if they start work on trust or basing on one agreement. Employers have to keep on bugging continuously for paper work and payments

It is not good IT company to work for. They donot keep promises. Once their project need is served, the will throw you out.
