commentI have been working at this company from 7 years, and i was promoted few times after they recognized my work. I am very much pleased with this company policies and their training's towards strengthening employee skills.
i never had to think of changing company since they always ahead of meeting employee expectations and provides competitive benefits as per salaries, bonuses, health insurance, vacation etc.
They send me to various clients based on their requirements and expectations, and takes care paperwork very promptly and provides expenses. their salary structure, immigration process, and dealing with staff is highly recognizable.

commentIndsoft at first good for about the first 1 month..The owner never shows up and is horrible at communications. You have to wait close to 60 days to get first check and then they payout every 45 days and then you have to chase them to make sure you are correctly paid. Also owner has most sales force in India and they submit false resumes for SAP. I spent most of my time cleaning up messes of other non qualified consultants that were messing up projects. They abuse the H1B system and lie and bring unqualified workers to USA. OVerall very unprofessional and no professional development, no feedback or company culture...Owner runs the business like he's in India..Glad I left

commentI worked almost 5 Years with Ind soft, The Owner vinoz is a sucker, he always kept 30% Money, and he never ever pays that amount to you, even though if you ask that money, he always tell he woes nothing and he tell you you he paid paid all the amount. I lost almost 30K because of vinoz, even though your billing is high, he pays what ever he likes, He pays very less taxes, you will not get any money while you file your taxes. HR Manager is also sucks, she never ever lift the phone. this is company suck, don't join in indsoft

commentI have been with Indsoft for the past 2 years and they are ok. Its better than most companies out there who would not pay consultants well. But indsoft is good in that. They have a very good acoounting system which lists out how much they owe you. You can always go back and check for any discrepancies. I think they are making some changes internally to make it much more efficient. At the end of the day everybody cares about one single thing , "Money". Are we getting paid for waht we have worked for. I would say yes for above as per my experience.

I had worked with Indsoft in the past and i had a very bad experience.
First of all, they hide all the salary details from you so you would not know that how much they are charging from client and even if you work on 80% share. They will show less salary on paystubs and would give you less share. Consultant will think that they are getting 80% but it will be actually very less.
Believe me or not, they don't have any direct clients. They only work in layers meaning there will always be 2 or 3 vendors in between. They say that they have hundreds of direct client. Thats a lie.
If you need any help later after leaving Indsoft in terms of any letters or proofs, don't think they will help you. They are very unprofesssional. Keep in mind this if you have long-term plans staying in USA or filling Green card.
I just wanted to share my true experience with you so that others should not suffer what i am going through.

comment1. Excellent accommodation/treatment when I first arrived and joined Indsoft Inc.
2. Paperwork is done perfectly using good lawyer services.
3. Provided good training.
4. Payment on time.
I would not say its perfect but, I surely recommend this company and certainly better than the rest out there.

commentSo I far I got everything approved from H1b to LC to I140. They have good lawyers and all the paperwork is in order. But I wish they are more kind to their employees

commentThis Consultancy is a big money sucker. the owner Vinoz, can not spend a single dollar for his consultants. He charges
for everything and cuts them in payroll. He escapes very well.
Dont get into his trap. He has not paid many of his consultants. He is very well known to be a Stingy person and
unwilling to pay his consultants

commentIt's a typical Consulting company but unlike other Consulting Companies they actually do everything within the rules and regulations. All consulting companies are the same in one way or the the other but so far their paperwork in terms of H1B, I140, Labour Certificate and LCA are genuine
It's a 10 year compnay as well so they should have good reputation and good business ethics

commentIndosft filles your H1B but never expect to get that H1B since it will never give you your work authorization. They will initially ask you to sign some docs but once you are done you are not guaranteed to get your H1B documents . This is a real experince faced by my friends and couple of more guy's . Also you need to pay for your H1B , Indsoft will never pay also they cut your salary randomly . It's not a safe company to work. Secondly Indsoft is a pure consulting firm they do not develop any products.
