commentThe company pays me very well.I get 14 days leave per year. They did my h-1b as well as GC.
I am the head chef at their head office and everyone seems to be nice and caring.
If my salary becomes late, I put epsom salt in HR managers food.
Other than the once in a while salary delay everything is good.

commentI am with this company for two years now.
When it comes to GC they are moving the employees to Arvin and Sanvi etc..
They say now they are having a lot of sister companies to share the load.
I think this is a good idea too.

commentNot a lot of things changed in the attitude of the HR or the Payroll people. Accounts are not cleared for few months together. I have been seeing this all the way back from 2004.
EArlier they used to Run my pay check for the state of Florida and i never paid state tax and i used to get the extra money that i earned and not run on my pay check as Perdium.
Now - its legal and i get the pay checks run for the same place i work for. Then about the Perdium i get not more than 10 months and not more than 20K an year...Great..! If there is still money left, i can get it from India and they charge 10% of that amount to do that. Interesting....!!!!
Consulting earns me more money. If i dont have that leeway of the perdium, i dont think i will go back to them.
To all the people who gave good reviews, thank god that you are not in the receiving end. More than some people here are.

commentI have been with this company for the last 3 years. This is a fair employer. Some employees feel bad because JCG is enforcing the INS rules strictly. I can see that as the whole reason for all the negative reviews. I spoke to fair amount of my JCG colleagues, their perception changed when they started understanding what exactly INS is enforcing and what companies like JCG are supposed to follow.

commentI am with the company about 7 yrs,i would rate this company as Best company in IT bussiness. I say who ever giving false reviews they are not correct. What ever company agree to do for employee they stick to their word they never failed. Yes i faced hard times with HR couple of times, but that is understandable because it is not just me there are couple of hundereds working in the company. As you guys state, if company is that bad these many folks wont stick to the company.

commentmy say on this employer is "Excellent". As most of them quoted on this review - They are big, makes quick placement, direct deposit and ontime pay, company insurance and follows Immigration/Tax guidelines. Talk to any employee of this employer and i am sure you will hear samething.

commentsweet... use your judgement for H1B against a lying employer and a support cast. Dude are u in some old ages. They are getting more and more complicated. recent story is they dont want to pay perdiums as they used to and are willing to pay in india for a meager charge of 10%. WTF.. i cant have a say on my pay any more. If i need to pay taxes for all i earn, why would i go to a desi company.. useless. I am not a competion buddy.. i care less to compete with losers. I have heard stuff like we are busy we are working on your stuff, we have a million $ business to run... and where are they getting all those mills... are they runnign around for interviews and relocating... they just sit in their offices and whine about supporting us who actually bring in the bread and butter for them. I am not comparing with others because i dont have anyone to compare with, some might feel they are better than your old employer. Fact - It really doesnt matter.

commentI am with them for 4 years and i think they are great. They place in a week in QA domain and great marketing. They pay by Direct deposit on time (not a day delay) through ADP. I can say they are great and i bet every employee says that if you talk to them...Kumar

commentI am with this company for past three and half years and i had no problems with them till now. I also had my labor and I-140 cleared with them. I always see a professional approach in their doings, which makes me think and feel that i am with a wounderfull company. I also have referred my friends who are now very happy with this company. I have seen reviews in this site that are giving negative messages about the company beeing Anonymous or false names, talking about the employees who are serving us and that made me write this taking out some time, as they are the once that helped all the time when needed. I always have been professional in asking them some thing and most of the time got it done or either got an satisfactory answer of why they can not do so. To say, when ever i had problems i was able to get them fixed talking to the company with out any trouble. I delt with two other desi employers before coming in to this company and i think this is a very good company.

commentCURRENTLY WORKING FROM PAST 2 YEARS. I HAVE WORKED WITH ANOTHER 2 EMPLOYERS BEFORE AND I CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE. VERY FAIR AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYER. NO WONDER THEY HAVE 350 EMPLOYEES. UNLESS THEY ARE GOOD, THEY CAN'T HAVE THAT NUMBER IN A COMPETATIVE MARKET WHERE EVERY DESI HOUSE HAVE ONE COMPANY REGISTERED. I KNOW 60-70 OF THE CURRENT EMPLOYEES AS WE WORKED TOGETHER ON SOME PROJECTS. EVERYONE HAS SAME HIGH FEELING ABOUT THEM.
IF SOMEONE WANTS TO JOIN, SINCE THE COMPANY IS SO BIG, YOU WILL KNOW DEFINATELY ONE PERSON WHO IS EMPLOYEE OF THIS COMPANY AND ALSO USE YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT LOOKING AT FACTS. TALK TO THEM INSTEAD OF READING THIS REVIEWS.

commentI am suprised to see some bad comments about the company i worked for 7 years.
I worked for them since 2003 and i got my Green card in early 2010 and took full-time.
In my experience, some good things i can point:
1. Getting jobs back to back with marketing from Quality Matrix.
2. Getting paid on time on 15th of every month with direct deposit. I don't need to look into my mail box.
3. Got my GC processed and H1B extensions on time.
There are few connect issues from HR side - not reachable some times- But the main areas of getting jobs, paychecks on time weighed more rather than dialing 2 or 3 times.
I have read about quoting less rates and paying less. In a competative market, getting a job is important. They are not quoting high and paying less. They are quoting less and paying less and keeping us in job.

commentHad a terrible time with this company. To speak about the positives there is one which I can say is their marketing is good (with the help of Kant from Quality Matrix). JCG's marketing team are a bunch of useless creatures fallen from Outer space. Mr PD( HR Manager ) and Mrs Smitha Jala ( Payroll ) to say are the ones creating a chaos among the employees as they have no work ethic. They are irresponsible and how would Mr Phani who worked in a Gas station without any IT experience would understand the employee related problems. Mr Guthikonda is being misled by this couple. I would say if there is no Quality Matrix who does the marketing for JCG there wouldnt be 350 employees working for this shit filled company. To say about Quality Matrix is another never ending poisonous fruit. Dont know on what basis they do marketing. Its not first come first serve. No wonder about three forth of the employees are bound to dictatorship of Quality Matrx. Mr Guthikonda is good person but he is blinded by that idiotic couple and bound to whimps and fancies to Mr Kant ( Quality Matrix ). there is nothing much he can do as he is feared of loosing business.

commentI have been with this company since 3 years. I don't believe I am with them since 3 years, the only reason I started GC process with them.
I don't give even one star * to this company.
HR(Phani) is one of the waste fellow I have ever seen in my life. Do you think he has qualities of the HR personality? At least from the last. Not that I know.
The Payroll lady (Jala Smitha) is so horrible. I think HR & she are couple. What a combination has this company.
I might able to talk to HR only 2 or 3 times out of my 2000+ tries during 3 years time frame. He never call back and don't expect call back from them.
I never got my pay check correctly. Is she graduate?
I will be going to complain USCIS in future about them. I have so many issues with them and got fed up with them.They don't have mercy. They even didn't respond when my baby was born not added my baby to the insurance. I had to pay 10k from my pocket. Lots of things to write review.

commenti moved to this company 2 years ago. since last year i have been seeing changes again and again with respect to the company rules. i think they are trying to make them selves more organised with the new happeninigs in the immigration world out side and this is hurting us. Coming to the HR, he doesn't have any control in the billing areas. He only tells, what was told to him by his boss or legal team. He is just an employee like us but have to take it hard from both ends, and can tell you that he is ethical from my experiance with him. Its only a myth that we think that he makes decessions, he only delivers the decessions made. Also i have come through 3 companies before i came in here and probably that is making me think that this is better than any employer i have seen till date.

commentI agree with KP. Lets start a blog and also try to inform USCIS about the malpractices they have been doing. Being on a H1B Visa with JCG it was my worst nightmare I had.In QA world, they are zero and yet they feel they are doing something. Mr.PD from HR his wife Mrs.SM are making maximum use of JCG and am sure that they would want to screw to the max.I don't know if they have already have tie up elsewhere duping JCG after they get the GC.
Make money while sunshines... a perfect suitable example for both of 'em.

commentDoes the HR guy have any qualities of HR??? HR is a copy cat and is a personal assistant to the main guy.If you confront the main guy he says you to talk to HR. HR thinks he is the boss of the company and wants to include his damn head in all aspects.Remain as what you are HR guy- dont poke your nose onto others affairs.We know that you were on a H1B visa like us however now you are taking advantage of your EAD cheating USCIS and trying to get your greencard. I think his wife works in the payroll and she doesn't know how to deal with consultants.Hello--- Consultants and making money for themselves and for the company too, give some damn respect when you deal with them.Caste feeling as described by KK is 100% correct. In coming few months, I personally feel that main guy takes a role of an accountant and the woman in the payroll and her man in the HR would become the bosses for JCG.
Beware we are not fools every time.Someday you would know what you are.

You might moved to them recently... so u are talking like that. I have been with them since 2005 and my friends from 2003. So, we have every right to talk about pay rates they offered and everything. And when u go to client locations you would understand how other employers are placing their employees. They always quote and pay less. You will see that coming more at you once you be with them for more than a few years...!! God Bless..!!

and salary..yeah they pay less but OK..In this market can’t think of pay rate..
As of my experience with my previous employers ..I chose this company as my favorite...

commentWell i totally agree with the comments made by the other person here. Luckily i am not taking the heat curently as i have moved out of this company and took full time. I was employed for 3 years with them and my experience was not very nourishing. Though they tried hwelping me in few ways they just could not help in many ways.
1) marketting is very good, thye can get u a job pretty quick, but the rates are very very bad. They dont search for jobs depending on our competencies. I really hate few employees workeing in the same location i worked were making more than me though they did a very incompetent job.
2) The HR, god help us, if we have to deal with them. Over all they are helpful 30% of the time and for the 70% of the time they feel they have a million dollar business to run and not care about things (they think trivial). Well, its pretty much like a fanmily run HR people from same caste and a wife and husband work there as HR, so they always make the employees look like suckers.
3) They are not Professional. We have to fight for things, i mean every damn thing. Rates, locations, any help / support needed for looking for a job or anything immigration related.
4) The salary terms were good earlier, seems like with new INS raids they have changed the structure. Doesnt work for us as we go to them just because of the flexibility in salaries.

commentThis is one of the worst company I have ever seen. They have more than 350 employees but the response is very very bad.HR person never responds to phone call. If we luckily get him on the phone, he tells all the stories and behave like that he will do my work next minute that we hang the phone. But your work will not be done forever.And the payroll system is very very poor. The person who take care the pay roll she doesn't know any thing. She even doesn't know on how to behave consultants. She is lucky that she still has the job there. And the payments terms are too bad. I heard that this company tied up with another company.JCG holds all the H1B and other company places the consultants. Getting green card from this company is dream and you will dream entire life. They give 70/30 not 80/20 if your pay rate less than 55/hr. And you have TO take care H1B and insurance expenses. What a pity? You got job on your own but they eat money.If you need a document for visa (for you or H4 or any dependent support.), you will get after 2 months. I came to know they got some H1B denials and rejections and the query is entirely on company itself. They won't send you the query paper and the person should leave the country or go for another company. There are somany bad experiences with this company.
