I got a call from recruiter who doesn't live in USA asking to join in this company. He told they have direct clients. I said I am not interested as I saw some reviews and got negative feedback.
But I got 10-12 calls everyday from India asking to join.
Finally I believed and joined on initial opt.
Later joining I faced lot of problems like very rude management, family politics, no opportunity of clients, treating all the grads as slaves.
They dont have any clients and use opt guys to do work for 20k,30k per year.
All the higher people are family members who dont have minimum ethics.
Please grads dont believe words of recruiters who dont even live here and avoid this company.

commentI have worked here for full-time.very rude management, family-owned business. management is CEO family members operating the company not even qualified to do there jobs claim to be HRs and Operation managers and directors.
Fake promises to OPT Students. Please don't fall in there trap they will use you and then trash you.
Poor communication within the management.
they make you feel like you are a slave to them.. if you go to them with any issue they will use desi language to curse you... I mean they use it to make you silent... if you understand there language you will be shocked and surprised no employer would use such words to employee... unprofessional people except for one or two.
they will pay you very less even though you are experienced.they always want to hire OPT students because they are easy prey.
hope this helps someone who is looking for a job

commentHiring OPT students for low salaries and making them to work for their client requirements and says its a part of learning and uses employee. there are a couple of Marketing Directors who are rude, unprofessional, and liars.Management doesn’t listen to you at all . They just speak and talk to you in a very condescending way. Please don’t trust recruiters words and don’t fall for false promises. They will work for their commissions and gives you all false promises.

commentWorst software company ever.Lie about everything starting with consulting,marketing and getting through the clients. They play with people and their career by giving the false commitments which they dont stand and I have suffered immensely because of this. Please people, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAR AS YOU CAN.Management is worst. The will hire OPT students for low salaries and exploit employees which is really bad. I’m the victim of their false promises and left the company. Management is literally worst, its a family business and they will hire their family members for administrative department with no professional training. They will not give respect to employees and behaves in a such a unprofessional way. Unprofessional company running by unprofessional people.

commentMiracle soft is a prime vendor and best known for their technical training and placements. I have been a full time employee at miracle working from an year and everything went good for me,they pay us perfect there will be knowledge flow all the time, you will get enough time to learn. Good company to start.

commentIf you are a OPT guy search another company. This is horrible company. They want to hold some resources they will hold you for years by paying small amount. Compare yourself with any friend who joined in another company. He will earn a lot when compare with yourself. If you want a good career listen to my words. otherwise it's your wish ..

Who want to join in this company Please don't believe the lies.You can try your job from another consultancy. The worst management. The old guy doesn't have any knowledge says himself as a Director. Family based organisation. Their families earn a lot by cheating students. If you are a relative to the President then you and your wife can settle well. please don't join in this organisation. commentMost Most Worst company.....I can not say in words. Jail is better than this company. All are relatives who is working in that company, CEO and VP both are treats the employees like dogs. If you came from East. Godavari dist. in india then you will be the cat (better than dog). They arrange 5 interviews per day in various technologies. One unskilled lady works in, came from East.Godvari through married relative of CEO. She doesnot know anything about technologies but treats the employees like dogs and scolds on every employee...that is very sucks, i felt so sad. I did mistake please you don't.

commentYes, you are correct. Heard that, recently they got busted for using non-licensed Windows OS. Microsoft completed seized and shut down all their offices.
And its CEO is turned to be a fraud. Had to go around courts

Few Things I observed in this company
1) No Employee Respect
2) Treats as if , they possess you.
3) No professional environment
4) Need to pay money to get the job
