commentNo way you can come out of this company once your GC is filed. They do not share I-140 with employee so you are stuck and then you will face all types of non sense. One more thing, Although, you are on salry but they will keep 30% from your billing and then they will fix your salary so
it will be changed with each project.

commentFraud company. Already got audited by federal agency and now
they have splitted this company in two companies. Now new wing is called Engage Information Inc. They have been doing all sort of frauds like LCA violation and harrassing people once their GC is filed. Their modus operandi is to trap people and exploit them till then they do not get their GC.

commentUseless peoples...They mind business only...Suck you like anything...Starting salary range is $45000 PA..They will pay you below prevailing wage..Stay away..HR Jeena Philips is a arrogant lady..Right now she is top management official which handles everything..Poor lady..I heard she did some fraud as well..

commentOptimos is a company filled with non-performers. The company's business is going down with every passing day. There is no internal competition amongst the employees within the company, hence employees are content. The Senior Management members of the company work within a limited frame of knowledge. They are not competent enough to face the competition. Again, they don't have any direct clients. HR department is a filthy department and stinks. They cannot handle employee issues in an efficient manner. As someone rightly mentioned, the HR department really needs to go back to college and learn the basics of HR.

commentTHEY ARE A FRAUD COMPANY AND BIG LIARS. THEY MIND BUSINESS ONLY. THEY WILL PLAY WITH YOUR SETIMENTS. USELESS MARKTING. IF YOU ARE OUT OF THE PROJECT MEANS YOU ARE OUT OF THE COMPANY. THEY WILL REVOKE YOUR VISA AND YOU ARE OUT OF THE USA. NO BENCH SALARY. THEY WILL SAY YES INITIALLY TO GET YOU IN. HR IS NONSENSE. SHE DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK. SHE IS SUCKING THE COMPANY. BIG MANAGEMENT GUYS LEFT THE COMPANY COZ THERE IS NO FUTURE FOR THE COMPANY. REMEMBER ONE THING, IF YOU HAVE NO JOB THEY WILL ASK YOU TO BACK TO HOME COUNTRY.

commentI worked for this company.Sometimes they will not pay you according to the wage. Since one year they said they will process green card till even after one year they did not file.Bunch of lairs!!!Marketing is completely useless.You have to do marketing urself. They dont have any direct clients. Marketing is worst. HR is really arrogant. She will not respond to your queries or emails or phone calls. She will never pick your call. Try it if you want to call her. If you are in trouble no one will pick ur call. They are really bad at responding. Forget about salary raise even if you are on a good project. Avoid this company at all costs.
They will really treat u like slaves. I can only say if you are really thinking of your career in USA, Stay away from these guys..

commentI had very bad experience working with them. They will Pay you less. No salary raise. Will Never reply to your emails. Never return your phone calls.No Employee care..No Direct clients..Can't handle Immigration Issues.Marketing consultants is Bad. HR department is Bad...If you joined them then you will realized how they treat you !! Stay Away from this company !
