commentIn my 20 yrs of work life, I have worked for many consulting company & had very bad taste. When I joined Probys, my expectations were not too high but due to my visa & GC situation, I took the job.
Company promised to kick off GC process day one & they lived upto their word.
In my 2 yrs of work relationship with the company they have never once made a promise or commitment they didn't delivered.
Probys legal team & placement team is very thorough.
I thought very hard but couldn't come up with any bad remark & that speaks volume.
I wish there were more companies like Probys who didn't exploit the visa situation & abuse immigrants.
Keep up the great work Probys!!!!!!!!!!!

Probys is a reputed and reliable organization.The culture of this company is great and everyone I worked with was amazing experiences teams like Marketing, HR, Payroll, and Immigration. They always walk the talk. The Immigration staff and attorneys are highly competitive, professional, responsive and caring. They have done a great Job in Processing my H1B transfers and extensions. My green card processing at this company had been hassle free.Probys has excellent track record in successful processing of H1-B visas and Green Cards.I never saw any delays in salary deposits all these years.
I personally thank Basheer and Baala for their help, guidance and support over the years.

commentIts been more than 6 year I have been working with PROBYS. They are very supportive for matters like immigration, projects, etc. They are very clear and transparent and let you know things in advance and no surprises.
They are very professional and the immigration team is highly experienced in handling various immigration matters. They are always reachable and responsive. My H1B's and Green card process were very smooth and the attorneys were very responsive for any clarifications or questions.
Also they are very prompt in paychecks/salary and never had any issues with the payment. They always follow the law.
I definitely recommend PROBYS to anybody who would like to have a peace of mind and concentrate on their work.

But my experience with Probys (Proficient Business Systems, Inc.) are good and pleasant. My H1-B, H1-B extension and green card cases were taken care well. The HR, immigration team and attorneys that hired are responsive and supportive to every of my questions and concerns. And they are very knowledgable and transparent. And they have never missed a pay check for me. I would definitely recommand this company to anyone who is seeking a long term career.

I would say Probys is a excellent company with nice HR team and strong immigration team. I have applied amendment and extension with probys and all got approved without any RFE.
They take good care each employees case and the response time from them is very quick. it's always on time payroll processing and special thanks to HR team who always respond to my questions on time with nice and polite way.

i would say Probys is a good company with nice HR team, good Finance team and strong immigration team. I had all my visa (H1 Transfer, Extension and Amendment) processing done perfectly, They take good care each employees case. Finance team is perfect in their payroll processing and leaves management. HR team are nice and polite and take responsibility in communication, announcement, auditing and all processes that help and support both employees and company. Probys can improve in better healthcare products for lower the insurance premium of employees.
Over all Probys is a good place to work and i would recommend all those who seeks for job change should consider Probys.

commentProbys Inc is a very good company to be associated with. They maintain great integrity when dealing with associates and their immigration related work. Probys Inc also has a good standing with the the USCIS. The immigration team has thorough knowledge of all the rules and will personally work with associates. They will also conduct teleconference with all of their associates to keep everyone informed about the latest immigraton policy changes and trends. In my personal experience with them, they have been solidly supportive through my H1B visa process and never backed down even when my H1B initially got a bad denial and re-filed it as extension without change and got it approved.

Each time, they have spent lot of time for preparing the H1-B petition papers. They are also doing a 2 layers of review on the petition. The immigration team is excellent and review the application thoroughly and make sure the total process will go smooth and tension free. i went to India for stamping 3 times till now and i didnt had any issues.
The management/accounting team is also very good and most of the projects are long term.

commentI have been working for Probys/Proficient business systems for last 4 years. Moved to this company to expedite my Green card filing.
Till now have undergone a H1 transfer, 2 H1-B extensions and greencard filing (perm + 140). All this time, I have been tension free as the immigration team is extremely knowledgeable, has extensive experience in dealing with H1B cases and is very serious for each individual case. They make sure everything is in place to get a quick approval.
Going outside US, stamping is easy as company has good reputation. I would recommend thus company anytime to anyone.

Pay compensation is far better compared to the Indian outsourcing companies. Always you get a prompt response from their experienced HR/Immigration team for whatever queries you have.Also they provide assistance to process your green card.
